Asset Management Lead

As a key member of the team, you will spearhead asset management for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV, and Marine assets, working onsite Monday to Friday (8:00 AM‑5:00 PM or 8:30 AM‑5:30 PM).

Responsibilities
Lead repossession, transport, impound, and liquidation processes.
Coordinate with customer solutions, accounting, and compliance teams to streamline processes.
Manage communication with repossession and auction vendors; approve fees and monitor performance.
Prepare accurate sales notices and maintain documentation of account activities.
Negotiate resolution of impounded collateral and evaluate valuations.
Conduct fee request reviews and ensure training requirements are met.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or minimum of two years of related experience.
Strong customer service, confidentiality, and discretion.
Passion for motorcycles, powersports, RVs, and the automotive industry.
Familiarity with installment lending practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Salary: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour.
