Brand Ambassador/Appointment Setter – Merrillville, Indiana NWIBaths.com is one of the fastest growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We offer custom bath remodeling that enriches the lives of those we touch with bathrooms that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free. We are seeking Brand Ambassadors to join our team in the Merrillville, Indiana market and surrounding areas. You will interact with event attendees, discuss our product, and secure sales leads for our team. Hourly pay plus volume bonuses based on appointment quality. Flexible schedule with opportunities for extra hours. Pay range: $15 - $27+ through uncapped bonuses on top of hourly pay. Room for advancement.
Responsibilities
Staff booth at shows and events; attract potential customers Set appointments for our sales department and generate leads Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees Professionally and accurately represent NWIBaths.com Maintain a professional appearance at events Ensure cleanliness and organization of the booth Engage with passers-by to draw them into the booth Explain basic product features and benefits Secure entry forms or book in-home sales appointments Collect daily leads and provide them to the Event Coordinator

Strong communications skills Positive, outgoing personality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Adaptability to stay engaged and resilient
Physical Demands & Requirements
Travel to booked shows/events (must have reliable transportation) Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 30 pounds Availability to work weekends
