Overview

This is A Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Principal's wife. This highly dynamic role, will report to the director of properties. The ideal candidate is polished, energetic, exceptionally organized, and has experience working in a private service capacity. Discretion, adaptability and the ability to seamlessly integrate into the Principal's lifestyle—both at home and while traveling—are essential. Skills

Calendar and schedule management across time zones Travel booking and itinerary coordination Expense tracking and vendor communications CPR/AED and first aid knowledge preferred Packing and logistics for frequent travel Excellent computer and social media skills Tasks

Coordinate and maintain the Principal\'s wife personal and social calendar Manage daily schedules and appointments and reservations across time zones Handle personal errands, shopping and household supply coordination Provide all travel support: packing, unpacking and logistics for frequent travel Manage the kids calendars, 10, and 14 and occasionally be available to keep an eye on them Must be discreet, flexible and adaptable Qualifications / Requirements

Must have at least 3 years in a similar role Able to travel frequently—domestic and international with short notice Tech-savvy, familiar with IOS, Google Calendar and booking platforms Valid passport and drivers license, clean background check required Salary and Benefits

Salary 90-120K DOE - healthcare benefits and 401K
