Compensation:
$39,520 - $52,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and communicate with clients, providers, opposing counsel, and internal team members
Request, track, and follow up on medical records, bills, and itemized statements
Assist attorneys and paralegals in gathering and organizing evidence needed to support clients’ cases
Help ensure all case files are current, complete, and ready for the next stage of litigation or settlement
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple open records requests
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft products
