Seeking Chinese-Speaking Immigration Legal Assistant
Gillin Law Group is seeking a Chinese-speaking
immigration legal assistant
to join our team in Lynnwood, Washington. Experience in the immigration law field preferred, but will train the right candidate even if no experience. Compassion for the immigrant community is a must. Our clients come from all walks of life, and are from every country in the world. The ideal candidate will have some experience with the U.S. immigration system, whether personally or professionally. We offer a healthy work-life balance to all of our team members. Wages are dependent upon experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing cases and communicating directly with clients; Preparing immigration petitions and supporting documentation for the various immigration agencies including Homeland Security, State Department and the Immigration Court; Answering phone calls and general client intake procedures; Meeting with clients REQUIREMENTS: Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin); Experience with Microsoft Office, PDF software, and ability to learn new software; Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines; Ability to prioritize and multitask; Excellent professional communication skills;
