
We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO and COO at Flatrock Manor, a growing 40 care home company with homes in and around Genesee County. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multi-tasking, and has a passion for keeping things running smoothly.
This is a full-time position!
Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact with the CEO and COO
Perform a variety of personal errands
Organize and manage events, including social gatherings, parties, and special occasions
Travel management
Household coordination
Ensure office and home are clean and organized
Administrative management
Courteous, efficient, and accurately handle phone calls, messages, and all other correspondence
Maintain and protect operations by keeping confidential information
Communicate and coordinate with staff and clients and manage the flow of communication to members of the executive leadership team
Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
Flexibility and commitment to working the hours and times required to perform the responsibilities of the job, including evenings and weekends, as necessary
Maintain a positive, open relationship with all management and staff
Maintain and advocate for all Flatrock residents’ rights
Any additional tasks assigned
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant (highly preferred)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – and strong phone etiquette
Computer literacy across multiple platforms including Microsoft Office 365
Discretion and confidentiality
