This role provides the opportunity to work closely with clients, assisting them through the complex processes of buying, selling, and leasing properties. Responsibilities
Your Strengths: You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at building and sustaining professional relationships. You are passionate about assisting others and dedicated to advancing your real estate and leadership expertise. Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding their ideal homes Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, Hangouts, and Partner Calls
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills Upbeat and positive demeanor Comfortable with extensive driving Proficient in assessing client needs and matching them with suitable properties Eager to learn and grow Demonstrated ambition and success High school diploma or equivalent Open to personal and professional development Real estate license (Required to join the team, but not necessary to apply!)
