Responsibilities
Manage the parts sales process from start to finish
Assist the Parts Manager in locating parts not currently in stock
Process special-order requests for customers
Provide timely updates to customers on parts status
Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and internal staff
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior auto parts sales experience (preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
