Seasonal Tax Preparer – The Bonadio Group
We are looking for experienced Seasonal Tax Preparers to support the Small Business Advisory Service Line in our Buffalo office from January to April 2026.
Responsibilities
Prepare concise individual income tax returns Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current tax trends Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality Handle and manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects and engagements on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction Deliver quality client service (internal staff/external clients) and value while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships Qualifications
At least three years experience in client tax preparation Proficiency in ProSystem FX tax software Job Details
Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour. Location: Buffalo, NY. Season: January 2026 – April 2026. Employment Type: Full‑time. Hours of Operation
Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday Ability to work additional hours is required at peak times EEO Statement
