Responsibilities
Advise borrowers on the best loan programs for their goals — FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Jumbo, Non-QM, DSCR, Manufactured, Renovation, and more
Pre-qualify, structure, and guide loans from application to clear-to-close
Build and maintain strong referral networks with real estate agents, builders, and past clients
Communicate proactively with clients and partners to set clear expectations
Maintain accurate files and compliance documentation
Represent The Texas Mortgage Pros with professionalism, integrity, and care
Qualifications We welcome
experienced
candidates— Preferably with at least 2 years of prior experience
Experienced Loan Officers
Active NMLS license
Proven production history
Familiarity with the Texas housing and lending market
Licensing Track Candidates
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/finance experience
Willingness to complete the SAFE course and pass the NMLS exam
All Candidates
High integrity, accountability, and a customer-first mindset
Coachable, driven, and eager to grow
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus across many Texas markets
