Base pay range $60,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr
A luxury design and staging company known for transforming high‑end residential spaces is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its in‑house legal team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, creative business and enjoys being embedded in operations—not just advising from the sidelines.
What You’ll Do
Draft, review, and organize contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents
Support corporate governance, entity filings, and compliance matters
Track and maintain key legal documentation, deadlines, and renewals
Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel
Assist with real estate and leasing documents (experience in real estate, construction, or design is a plus)
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What We’re Looking For
Corporate in‑house paralegal experience (or law firm experience with a strong interest in going in‑house)
Solid understanding of corporate governance, contracts, and compliance
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable partnering with executives
Experience supporting a growing or multi‑entity business is a plus
