Entitlement Management
Minimum Experience 4 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management and/or Information Technology with Information Security. 2 years of related experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform administration and solutions supporting Mainframe, Windows, Linux and/or Apple systems and Enterprise applications. Proficient understanding of leading IAM concepts such as Least Privilege, Privileged Access, Roles and Data Mining, Segregation of Duty (SOD), and Role Based Access Control (RBAC). Proficient level of business acumen in the areas of business operations, risk management, industry practices and emerging trends. Ability to troubleshoot access related issues across more than one platform and multiple applications. Experience using an enterprise IAM solution (SailPoint IdentityNow and ServiceNow).
Key Responsibilities Effective communicator with the ability to work with managers and system owners to engineer role-based access controls. Collaborate with managers and system owners to ensure that roles are assigned accurately based on employee responsibilities. Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC). Experience with IAM solutions that support role management and entitlement assignment. Knowledge of security principles, particularly regarding least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD). Leverages analytical and technical knowledge to lead discussions with cross functional teams to understand and collaborate on highly complex business objectives and influence IAM Roles Based and SOD solution strategies. Applies analytical techniques to solve business problems that are typically large scale with significant impact to current and/or future business strategy, i.e. architecting automated role membership criteria. Analyze business requirements to create and maintain roles and entitlements that align with job functions. Conduct periodic role reviews to ensure entitlements are up-to-date and compliant with least privilege principles. Provides troubleshooting and incident support (return to service) for IAM related issues. Follows written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities. Performs object life-cycle management and administration of access controls on a subset of Enterprise systems managed by Enterprise Security. Assists in the implementation and maintenance of routine processes for the administration of security access to new and existing enterprise systems. Perform data analytics and User Acceptance Testing.
