What You’ll Get: Commissions on memberships + product sales Monthly bonus opportunities Lash, brow, and sugaring services Discounted retail products Schedule Requirements: Must be available weekday evenings Must be available weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) Part-time (10–25 hours/week) Full-time possible for the right candidate What You’ll Do: Greet, consult, and schedule with guests Confidently promote products, packages, memberships, and services Book and manage appointments via phone, text, and software Keep things running smoothly at the front desk—accurate, efficient, friendly Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when needed Collaborate with the front desk and service team to deliver 5-star experiences A natural people-person who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments Experience in sales, customer service, or membership-based businesses Strong communication and organizational skills—you follow through and follow up Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems (we use MindBody) Beauty, spa, or salon experience is a plus—but not required Someone who shows up sharp, professional, and team-oriented every shift Location: The Lash Lounge & sugaringLA – Nora Plaza (Indianapolis, IN) Opened Spring 2025 and already growing fast!
