Weekend Outreach Social Worker - Housing First

A supportive housing organization in New York is seeking a part-time Social Worker to provide on-site clinical assessments and support for outreach teams. The ideal candidate will have their NYS Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) and strong experience in crisis intervention and collaboration with community partners.
