Payment Poster
to join their revenue cycle team in Brentwood, TN. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about accurate cash application and supporting financial operations. What You’ll Do: Post ERAs and manual insurance payments across multiple payers Post patient payments accurately and timely Ensure reconciliation and accuracy in payment posting Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information Maintain high productivity and meet daily/weekly posting benchmarks (goal: 3,500 claim lines per week) What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of
cash posting
experience (preferably in
outpatient
or
telehealth
settings) Experience with
ERAs, manual insurance payments, and patient payments Proven ability to thrive in a
high-volume
posting environment Familiarity with
NextGen
and
InstaMed
is a plus Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills Collaborative team culture Opportunity to grow with an expanding organization Seniority level
