Server Assistant
position involves:
Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant.
Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
Helping guests select menu items by thoroughly explaining the food and bar menus; recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining chef’s features, and identifying wines according to Perry’s food and beverage training.
Answering all questions related to food and beverage preparation.
Informing managers of any special accommodations, such as food allergies, before reporting to the kitchen.
Maintaining cleanliness of tables and the surrounding dining area, and completing opening, running, and closing side work related to the job.
