Corcoran New Development is seeking a

Leasing Associate

for a project set to launch soon. This is a unique opportunity to join the team representing one of the city’s most anticipated developments. If you have a proven track record in leasing and a passion for innovative urban development, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

Represent the first-of-its-kind luxury new rental with neighborhood knowledge and lifestyle offering. Collaborate with the onsite leasing team to ensure an outstanding customer experience from inquiry to occupancy. Respond to incoming inquiries daily and schedule property tours for interested prospects. Provide overviews for all general inquiries received by the leasing office. Conduct property and residence tours customized to the prospect's lifestyle interest and product type. Conduct follow-up daily with past prospects and inquiries to maximize conversion to applications. Provide concise, easy-to-follow application instructions on the leasing and approval process to prospects. Maintain at the direction of the Senior Project Manager, monthly rental rate and concession reports for the property’s competitive set. Assist with the management of property pricing grids and inventory. Assist and run concise daily and weekly leasing traffic reports for both the developer and Corcoran management team at the direction of the Senior Project Manager. Negotiate rental terms when needed and facilitate the lease signing process with the support and direction of the management team. Interact daily with the Senior Project Manager regarding customer and property feedback. Update property advertising. Assist in the management of punch lists to ensure property is in the best possible condition for appointments. Provide leasing and administrative support as needed. Qualifications

Valid NY Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker license required. 5 years of proven experience in real estate brokerage, preferably with a focus on new development marketing. Minimum of 1 year of onsite new development leasing experience. Strong customer service approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling successful interaction with ownership, the leasing team, and potential residents at all levels. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing market conditions, building construction conditions, timelines, and inventory fluctuations. Meticulous with excellent organizational skills. Ability to succeed and collaborate in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, and experience with Yardi and Rent Café software. About Us
