Position Overview: Inspect and assess property damage resulting from wind, hail, fire, and other perils Collect and document findings through detailed reports and high-quality photographs Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility Maintain timely, professional communication with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives Ensure claims are completed thoroughly and in accordance with carrier standards and timelines Qualifications: Active Texas all-lines adjuster license Proficiency with Xactimate or Symbility Reliable vehicle, ladder, laptop, and standard adjusting tools Strong organization and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently Why Work with CENCO?
