CMHC, CCBHC, and Autism Provider Relations Advocate (Remote, KS)

At UnitedHealthcare, we are simplifying the health care experience and creating healthier communities. This role involves advocating for CMHC, CCBHC, and Autism providers within our networks, improving service quality while managing costs. Primary Responsibilities

Assist in end‑to‑end provider claims processing and resolution. Enhance ease of use of physician portal and future service enhancements. Identify gaps in network composition and support network contracting and development teams. Use data and facts to identify and solve problems within this expertise area. Investigate non‑standard requests and problems, with assistance from others. Work exclusively within a specific knowledge area. Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines. Provide explanations and information on topics within area of expertise. Analyze and investigate claim issues. Train providers on various topics in both small and large settings. Required Qualifications

2+ years’ experience working with medical providers. 1+ year of experience with Medicaid regulations. 1+ year experience providing training or education. 1+ year medical insurance claims/billing experience. Willingness and ability to speak and meet with providers directly on various topics. Intermediate proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution. Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills. Ability to travel up to 25% within the state of Kansas. Driver’s license and reliable transportation. 2+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience. 2+ years of Medicaid experience. 1+ year of Kansas Medicaid and Kansas billing requirements knowledge. Experience with CSP Facets. Knowledge of behavioral health billing. Intermediate level knowledge of MS Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. Intermediate claims processing and issue resolution skills. Telecommuter policy adherence. Pay and Benefits

Salary ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually (full‑time). Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility requirements. Senior Level
