Real Estate Paralegal
to join their team in
Tampa, Florida . The position is
hybrid

Draft legal documents, edit, and compare versions.
Assist with corporate transaction tasks, such as document organization and signature packets.
Keep track of legal deadlines and follow up with relevant parties.
Prepare and file FEIN applications and UCC statements.
Conduct title research and analyze property descriptions.
Correspond with clients and other stakeholders.
Assist with timekeeping and general administration.
Salary Range: $65-85k annually, based on experience.
Skills and Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience required.
Paralegal certification highly preferred.
5+ years’ Paralegal experience, with focus on Real Estate, Finance, or Corporate practice areas.
Top-notch legal research, writing, and proofreading skills.
Resourceful, adaptable, organized, and collaborative.
