Insight Global is seeking a Digital Asset Librarian to join a leader in the Retail industry. The role involves managing and enriching Creative Assets within the Digital Asset Management system, AEM. The primary responsibility is to ensure assets are updated with relevant usage rights, embargo dates, project details, product information, and other metadata. Must Haves:
4+ years of experience with enterprise DAM systems (AEM preferred) 2+ years supporting digital asset management in large enterprise organizations 1+ year developing and maintaining metadata schemas with cross-functional teams Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Bridge, Photoshop) Knowledge of legal, operational, communication, and tech requirements for digital rights management Experience with Digital Rights Management enforcement Proficiency in MS Office 365, Workfront, JIRA, Confluence, Airtable Excellent communication skills Expertise in front-end data administration and asset management techniques Experience collaborating with Producers, Creative teams, and Project managers Ability to elicit and document technical requirements Studio experience in on-set or post-production environments Bachelor’s degree in library science or related field Senior Level:
