The role also involves liaising with various government agencies, ensuring timely and accurate submission of applications, and maintaining up-to-date case management records. Qualifications
Knowledge of Immigration Law, Immigration Issues, and Visas Experience in Legal Document Preparation and thorough understanding of Immigration Law Strong research skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Previous experience in an immigration law firm or similar setting is a plus Proficiency in the Spanish languages is a huge plus.
