2nd shift Trailer Unloaders/loaders (Lumpers) Lifting up to 120lbs.
Reports To: Site Manager / Freight Supervisor Job Summary: Lumpers are responsible for the efficient unloading and loading of freight, cargo, or merchandise in a warehouse or distribution setting. This physically demanding role requires attention to detail, speed, and the ability to work well in a team to ensure timely movement of goods. Key Responsibilities: Safely unload and load trucks, trailers, and containers by hand or with equipment Stack, sort, and organize freight in the appropriate areas Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies or issues Use pallet jacks, dollies, and other tools to move heavy materials Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area Follow all safety protocols and procedures Communicate with warehouse supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth operations Requirements: Previous warehouse or freight handling experience (preferred, but not required) Ability to lift 50–120 lbs. consistently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a drug screen.
