Act as a bridge between customers and the service teamPrepare repair orders and cost estimatesProvide updates throughout the repair process and more. Act as a bridge between customers and the service team Learn to interpret and explain vehicle service needs to customers Prepare repair orders and cost estimates Provide updates throughout the repair process Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships Learn dealership systems, vehicle service workflows, and warranty policies Other duties may be assigned Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to stay organized Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Customer service experience preferred (hospitality, retail, call center, etc.) Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required Please upload your resume!
