Our clients have been injured in accidents and it is our job to help them go up against well‑funded insurance companies’ intent on denying, delaying, and defending legitimate injury claims.

Engage potential clients with exceptional people skills to build trust from the first interaction.
Assess each potential client’s situation with a consultative approach, presenting the best course of action.
Communicate effectively across all platforms (phone, text, chat, and email) to ensure clarity and empathy.
Maintain accurate data entry and follow‑up diligently throughout the intake process.
Collaborate within a supportive team environment while also working autonomously as needed.
Transition newly retained clients to the appropriate team and establish client files in CasePeer.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, aiding communication with diverse clients.
Demonstrated responsibility, trustworthiness, and commitment to ethical standards.
Kind, empathetic demeanor for connecting with clients in a supportive manner.
Service‑oriented mindset, focused on providing exceptional support and assistance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Organizational and multitasking abilities, managing tasks and priorities efficiently.
Problem‑solving skills, adept at addressing challenging situations and finding solutions.
Collaborative approach, effectively working as part of a team to achieve goals.
Sales skills or legal process familiarity advantageous, training provided if necessary.
