South Minneapolis through Mid November then Plymouth, MN
One 7 Month Old, they do have a toddler as well but won't need coverage for them unless daycare is closed
Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm & Friday 8:00am - 12:30pm
Responsibilities
Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally supportive care for M
Plan creative, age appropriate play and early learning activities focused on exploration and curiosity
Maintain structure and routines around meals, naps, and transitions
Communicate daily through text updates, written notes, and end of day check ins
Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for M
Handle all tidying related to M’s activities, meals, and play spaces
Collaborate respectfully with parents working from home and maintain open communication
Other Tasks Include Light housekeeping related to the child only
Occasional walks or outdoor play when weather allows
No errands, household management, or additional duties needed
Pets The family has a friendly dog. Comfort around animals is a must along with no allergies.
Additional Notes The nanny will have access to all areas of the home for child related care. Both parents will be working in home offices throughout the day and may occasionally step out to walk the dog or grab lunch. Outings will be approved by the parents beforehand. You will be an employee of Nurturing Nannies.

We are a warm and organized household located in Minneapolis. Our daughter M is an imaginative and curious 7 month old who thrives in a nurturing environment where play and learning go hand in hand. Both parents work from home and maintain consistent routines throughout the day while also encouraging creativity and exploration in M’s development.
We are seeking a reliable, warm, and engaging nanny who is confident in maintaining structure while creating opportunities for play based learning. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and communicative with strong time management skills. Someone who understands how to balance boundaries and flexibility, can take initiative when needed, and naturally brings calm and joy into a child’s daily rhythm.
Our parenting style is authoritative. We combine clear expectations with warmth, responsiveness, and consistency. We value kindness, positive reinforcement, and redirection over strict discipline methods.
Qualifications CPR and First Aid Certification (proof required)
Minimum age 18 years
High school diploma or GED
Legal work authorization in the United States
At least three years of paid infant experience
Must Be Able to Clear a Background Check
Valid driver’s license & Reliable Transportation
Ability to Provide Three Professional References, Two From in Home Experience
Ability to Commit Through February 28th, 2026
Passion for Working with Children and Providing Quality Care
