1+ year of leasing experience required
HUD or Project‑Based Section 8 experience preferred (not required)
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Dependable, detail‑oriented, and a team player

Tour and lease apartments while delivering an excellent resident experience
Maintain accurate property and resident files
Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach
Support compliance with HUD and Fair Housing regulations
Help ensure the property is welcoming and well‑maintained
