What You’ll Do
Welcome with Heart: Greet every prospective resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, ensuring they feel seen and valued from the moment they walk through the door.
Lead Inspiring Tours: Showcase thoughtfully designed apartments, scenic lake views, and amenities that elevate everyday living such as fitness centers and community spaces built for connection.
Stay Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of Sheboygan’s rental market, local attractions, and nearby dining, shopping, and recreation options to position Harbor Estates as the premier choice.
Support the Team: Collaborate on marketing initiatives, assist with social media content, and help plan resident events that strengthen community bonds.
Handle the Details: Process applications, manage leasing documentation, and maintain accurate resident records with efficiency and attention to detail.
Champion Resident Experience: Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact by answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping residents feel proud to call Harbor Estates home.

Requirements
A passion for helping people find a place they love to live.
Experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred.
Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and digitally.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and tech‑savvy with modern leasing systems.
Positive, energetic, and team‑focused with a desire to grow in property management.
