Responsible for enrolling students in the program at multiple sites; guiding families through the enrollment process from initial review until the child begins the program; coordinating timely submission of annual and quarterly reports to district administrators; communicating with evaluation coordinators.
Maintain full program enrollment at all times throughout the 12-month school year.
Implement policies and procedures that support full student enrollment at all Birch Family Services schools.
Responsibilities
Correspond with district administrators, parents, families, evaluation coordinators, bussing coordinators, principals, educational supervisors, related service supervisors, and supervisor, Agency Evaluation and Intake Coordinator.
Monitor the first attendance dates of newly enrolled students, their bussing, and the distribution and review of IEPs by relevant staff.
Track and ensure timely completion of annual and quarterly progress reports for all students, and ensure reports are sent to district administrators and parents.
Coordinate outreach projects, establish relationships with district and community personnel, and represent BFS at local community meetings.
Qualifications
Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Motivation and organizational skills.
Excellent time management.
Education & Experience
BA preferred; High School diploma with relevant experience accepted.
Two to four years related experience.
Skills & Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
