We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials Enforce compliance with legal and tax withholding processes Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner Move and place Real Estate signs at properties Placing and removing key boxes on properties Provide general outside support to the Listing Team Qualifications
Background in real estate is required for this position Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends High school diploma or equivalent required Must have a valid Texas driver’s license Able to regularly lift, move, and place 15 pounds Must have excellent time-management skills Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson or in the process of acquiring the license, preferred Compensation
$12 - $15 per hour
