Base pay range: $36,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus and Commission We’re seeking passionate individuals to join our Accelerator Program, a dynamic trainee experience designed to set you up for long-term success. As a Financial Representative Trainee, you’ll embark on a comprehensive program that equips you with the skills and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products and building a sustainable, holistic financial practice. Through self-study, hands-on projects, and mentorship, you’ll receive training and support to run your own business and build a rewarding career. What we can offer you

Hourly Wage: $16/hour during the trainee period (up to 30 days). Promotion to a Financial Representative with a $36,000 annual base plus unlimited monthly sales incentive after trainee period. $1000 bonus after successful completion of trainee period and promotion. Education-based Accelerator Program to transition to an independent Financial Advisor. Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year. Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, including 2 floating holidays. Regular associates receive sick leave through personal time; 40 hours of personal time in 2025 prorated by start date. Participate in a comprehensive program to develop skills to provide holistic financial advice. Engage in classroom discussions, goal setting, and progress evaluations. Gain direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products and pass a sales process competency test. Develop prospecting skills through research, targeting, networking, communication, and more using personal networks, community events, and social media. Acquire an in-depth understanding of product offerings and demonstrate expertise in features and benefits. Oversee completion of content, proposals, and paperwork flow throughout the field and Home Office to ensure a smooth application and underwriting process. What you’ll bring

Meet trainee program requirements and gain skills to excel. Obtain required insurance licenses prior to starting, with up to two attempts for the Life and Health exam. Pass CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing; securities licensing required within 24 months of entry. Be highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Travel up to 50% of the time; hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and have reliable transportation for meetings. Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas, and stay curious. Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required. Additional information
