Responsibilities
Assist mortgage loan origination officers in preparing and processing loan files.
Coordinate application data, supporting documents, and client communications.
Track loan file status and ensure timely submission of all required documentation.
Maintain accuracy and compliance with company policies, regulations, and internal controls.
Build and nurture relationships with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Entry level with willingness to learn about mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.
Strong sales and customer service orientation.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced team environment.
