We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented

Loan Partner

to support our team. This role combines responsibilities of a Loan Officer Assistant and Loan Processor, focusing on accurate loan file management and excellent client service. Responsibilities include: Reviewing third-party documents like appraisals, titles, insurance, and employment verification. Processing various loan types including FHA, VA, jumbo, and conventional. Ensuring compliance across multiple states. Adapting to industry standards and new technologies. Communicating proactively with borrowers and team members. Performance Expectations: Submit loan files within four business days of receiving the sales contract. Process at least 20 loans per month. Customer Communication: Initial contact with borrowers to introduce the process and gather documentation. Follow-up calls for condition reviews, with written summaries sent afterward. Loan Officer Support: Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring timely updates. Review and validate borrower documentation. Prepare and submit files to underwriting, maintaining compliance. Loan Processing: Verify all documentation for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with underwriters, title companies, and stakeholders. Address underwriting conditions promptly. Pipeline Reviews: Participate in weekly pipeline meetings and update system statuses. Identify and resolve potential issues proactively. Documentation Updates: Keep records current in the LOS system. Document communication efforts and delays. Follow up with borrowers or third parties as needed. Qualifications: At least 2 years of mortgage processing experience. Proficiency in reviewing mortgage documents. Experience with various loan types and regulatory guidelines. Strong organizational and communication skills.
