Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of collection activities and payer communications. **Qualifications & Experience:** 2+ years of medical collections experience in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of insurance claims processing, Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers. Proficiency in Trizetto and Methosoft (or similar medical billing software). Ability to problem-solve, negotiate, and think critically in challenging collection scenarios. Exceptional communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with insurance representatives and internal teams.
