Tax Credit Leasing Experience: Prior experience required. Software Knowledge: Familiar with property management software (Yardi or Onesite preferred). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Abilities: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.
