Responsibilities

Distribute benefit enrollment materials and confirm client eligibility

Schedule appointments and maintain a consistent follow-up routine

Respond to incoming customer service inquiries and calls

Assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate coverage options

Use our Needs Analysis system to create customized protection plans

Stay current with updates to products, services, and company policies through ongoing training and collaboration with leadership
