Commercial Roofing Foreman

Superior Services RSH is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a commercial roofing team, with a focus on quality workmanship, time management, and efficiency. Position Responsibilities: Manage a roofing crew to complete small and large-scale roofing projects Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of a roofing crew Report directly to a Project Manager on assigned projects Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs Train and instruct the crews on all specifications required for each project Submit daily production progress reports Examine and inspect equipment and construction sites to verify safety requirements are met Identify potential problems before they arise and implement effective solutions Maintain high standards of quality control Ensure that crews abide by all Safety Rules and Regulations Skills & Requirements: Must have 3+ years of experience overseeing commercial roofing or construction projects Valid driver’s license required Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members Must be able to climb to roofs of varying heights Must be willing to work weekends, when necessary
