Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven, and experienced Title Clerk. The purpose of the Title Clerk is to process titles, verify costs—including reconditioning and equipment add-ons—for the accounting department, and prepare legal transfer documents for the DMV.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare tax and title documents promptly.
Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV in a timely manner.
Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department.
Post vehicle sales and purchases.
Input inventory control information.
Prepare trade-in vehicle jackets.
Ensure that name and address files are updated regularly.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements regarding titles and legal documents.
Adhere to company policies on non-discrimination and harassment, working cooperatively with all personnel.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Web Dealer Experience required.
Knowledge of issuing license plates.
Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED; and one-year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ignite experience preferred.
