We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to hospitality, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility while assisting with customer needs.
Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking area and dealership premises.
Drive vehicles safely, including those with manual transmission, when required.
Assist with the delivery of vehicles to customers, ensuring proper handling during transit.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.
Support dealership operations by performing various tasks as assigned by management.
Experience
Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
Familiarity with driving different types of vehicles, including manual transmission.
Experience in a dealership or retail environment is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
