Minimum 2 years of experience working in an auto parts shop. Product Knowledge:
Assisting customers in choosing the right parts and suggesting related items. Computer Skills:
Comfortable using computer systems for order entry, inventory tracking, and invoicing. Stocking and Organization:
Properly storing and organizing parts. Order Fulfillment:
Pulling orders from stock for customer pickup. Problem-solving:
Resolving issues related to parts, orders, or customer concerns.
