Responsibilities
Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
Promote client independence and engagement in daily routines
Follow care plans and document services accurately
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 year of experience working with seniors in a DCW, HHA, or CNA role
Reliable and verifiable professional references are required
Ability to work flexible shifts, including live-in assignments
Must pass all background checks, TB testing, and physical exam
Reliable transportation is preferred
