as a Commercial Loan Assistant. With a team of customer‑service experts, you will build client relationships, deliver banking products, and create a superior service atmosphere.
Job Type:
Full‑Time/Hourly
Responsibilities and Expectations
Process and close commercial loans, providing accurate and detailed support.
Complete pre‑closing requirements and prepare loan documents in Easy Lender.
Close loans with Loan Officer, collect any borrower fees, and prepare funding wiring instructions.
Send required items to be recorded: mortgages, assignment, modifications, SNDA’s, Landlord’s consent, etc.
Maintain original note for file, send booking documentation to Loan Operations, and prepare Blue/Red Files for post‑closing review.
Assist in managing Loan Officer’s portfolio, including pre‑underwriting requirements and action planning for exception, delinquency, and maturity lists.
Monitor compliance with bank laws, regulations, and internal processes.
Communicate effectively with Loan Officers, Credit Department, Loan Operations, Vendors, and Borrowers.
Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned or required.
Required Skills & Education
High School Diploma.
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner.
Computer skills, especially Windows systems.
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of banking experience.
