Friendship Automotive is looking for a SERVICE ADVISOR to join our team at FRIENDSHIP CDJR of Forest City. We are a multi-state automotive group with a history of growth and award-winning customer focus. We aim to deliver friendly service and strong value to customers.
What You’ll Do
Promptly greet customers to obtain contact and vehicle information
Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns
Determine and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs
Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services
Monitor the service process and update customers frequently
Communicate completed services and charges to customers
Verify invoices and repair orders
Assist Service Manager as needed
Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both written and in person
The ability to work well in a process-driven environment
