If you love the business of design, thrive in a boutique studio setting, and are excited to work directly with architects, interior designers, and builders — this could be your next great role. What You’ll Do
Host and guide trade clients through personalized product selection appointments Build lasting relationships and support clients across multiple projects Manage proposals, orders, and follow-ups with a strong sense of ownership Stay up-to-date on vendor lines, product specs, and new offerings Maintain showroom standards — keeping displays current, samples organized, and the studio presentation-ready Support business development through networking, referrals, and client outreach What We’re Looking For
Experience in a high-end showroom environment is required Interior design, kitchen & bath, or architectural hardware experience is a plus Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized and accountable — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable in a fast-paced, small business setting Self-motivated and eager to grow within a close-knit, design-forward team Why J&L Hardware?
