As on-call event staff, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, managing access, guiding crowds, and assisting with on-site needs whenever we need you. If you’re friendly, quick on your feet, and committed to excellence, join us—and make every event run smoothly. What You’ll Do
Crowd Management & Guest Services
Monitor crowd flow and density; guide guests to seating, exits, and amenities. Provide directions, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Access Control & Screening
Check tickets or event credentials; perform basic bag inspections. Escort any unauthorized or disruptive individuals from event areas.
Incident Response & Reporting
Alert supervisors or emergency personnel to medical issues or safety hazards. Document any incidents or guest concerns with clear verbal handoffs and brief written notes.
Team Coordination
Liaise with event organizers, vendors, and performers to facilitate smooth transitions. Support setup and breakdown tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Prior customer-service, hospitality, or event-staffing experience is a plus—but enthusiasm and a positive attitude matter most. Education & Certification:
High School Diploma or GED. Licensing & Screening:
Valid driver’s license with a clean record (if driving is required). Ability to pass a basic background check and drug screen. Physical Abilities:
Able to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods. Skills:
Strong interpersonal communication and customer-service orientation. Basic de-escalation and problem-solving abilities. Compensation & Scheduling
