Job Id: 114 # of Openings: 1 Part time/Event based/Weekend- ONLY The Event Usher is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to the attending guests at our Chicago land venues.
Locations- Multiple venue locations within city & suburb limits; ARIE CROWN THEATER ALLSTATE ARENA (ROSEMONT, IL) LINCOLN PARK ZOO ROSEMONT THEATRE (ROSEMONT, IL) SEAT GEEK STADIUM (BRIDGEVIEW, IL) SOLDIER FIELD NORTHERLY ISLAND NOTRE DAME STADIUM (SOUTHBEND, IN- transportation provided) WINTRUST ARENA
Qualifications Must be at least 16 years or older Must be available to work evenings and weekends Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to stand for a minimum of (5) hours Preferred candidates will have experience in guest service, hospitality industries that worked with the general public **Please note this is an unlicensed position that does not require a PERC card. This is not a security position. All security positions require a PERC card. If you are selected to participate in the company sponsored Security Training Program your supervisor will contact you and inform you of next steps. Please be aware that until you successfully complete the Security Program, you are ineligible to work in any security capacity. If you have further questions, please contact your HR Representative.

Delivering outstanding customer service under a variety of circumstances Ability to give directional information in high volume environment Directing guests to entry points in a fast paced environment Ensuring a fun environment for all guests and notify security and supervisory staff of any safety issues Guest service representatives may work one of the following but not limited to; ticket taker, usher, directional staff, elevator/escalator greeter, premium seat representative. Conservative hairstyle, well-groomed facial hair (males), no facial piercings, no visible tattoos. Working conditions
All sites consist of outdoor post that involve inclement weather conditions Physical requirement

Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
