Upscale Club Mixologist Aramark at Rocket Arena is seeking a Mixologist to join our team for the 2025-26 Cavs Season at our new all-inclusive fine dining club opening this season. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing signature drinks, managing the bar inventory, and ensuring a top-tier guest experience. Our ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has experience in a similar role. Job Responsibilities
Design and craft unique and classic cocktails Manage bar inventory and order supplies as needed Ensure accurate measurements and quality in every drink Interact with guests to recommend drinks based on preferences Train and mentor junior bar staff Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Uphold all safety and alcohol regulations Required Skills & Experience
At least three years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail recipes Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Creative flair for designing beverages Education
