Job Description
FSRI is seeking a candidate to make a positive impact on the community. The position summary includes overall management of the residential facility, supervision of program staff, program budget, staff scheduling, program purchases, strategic planning, and ensuring the safety and care of residents. Responsibilities include: Supervise program staff and ensure compliance with required trainings and agency/state regulations. Maintain Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) in the milieu setting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human services required. Minimum of two years' supervisory experience. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Knowledge of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic issues. Excellent communication skills. Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance. Physical Requirements: Ability to travel to community locations and residential sites. Ability to lift up to 20lbs and push or pull 10 lbs or more.
