Greet and engage customers in‑store and over the phone Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top‑offs, and inspections Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
