Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Duration: Direct Hire Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), company holidays, paid time off Schedule: 10am - 7pm, Monday - Friday Position Reports To: Warehouse Director Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify against POs and packing lists. Sort, stock, and track receivables in the system. Coordinate returns for damaged or incorrect items. Pick, pack, and label outbound shipments to meet specifications. Prepare shipping labels and documentation. Perform inventory counts and ensure accuracy of records. Maintain organized warehouse layout for efficiency and safety. Assist with drop-offs if UPS/FedEx pickups are missed. Collaborate with multiple departments for smooth operations. Maintain positive attitude and communication with team and vendors. Overtime may be required during peak volumes. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 1–2 years’ warehouse experience. Familiarity with inventory systems & Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Willingness to work onsite and overtime as needed. Ability to handle both physical packing tasks and computer-based inventory updates (50/50). Strong team player and upbeat personality—positivity is a must.
